Terms of Sovereignty

We do not sell "tools." We architect Sovereignty Engines that remove the founder as the bottleneck. By engaging our services, you agree to own your machine.
1. Asset Ownership (Anti-SaaS Model)
Hypernova builds digital assets for your balance sheet, not recurring liabilities.
- IP Transfer: Upon full payment, the intellectual property of your specific automation blueprints is transferred to you.
- No Retainers: We do not charge monthly rental fees. You own the logic for the life of your business.
2. "Fuel" & API Responsibility
You own the engine; you pay for the fuel. The Partner is responsible for maintaining active billing accounts with OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Make.com. AI usage typically costs £10-£30/month, paid directly to providers at cost.
3. The Sovereign Safeguard (Liability)
HUMAN-IN-THE-LOOP MANDATE
All architectures include a mandatory "Approve & Send" checkpoint. Hypernova Co is not liable for financial loss or reputational damage where the Partner has bypassed these safeguards or failed to monitor the system during its initial 14-day learning phase.
4. The 4R Performance Guarantee
We stand by our Qualified Recovery Promise. If the engine fails to identify the revenue recovery or 10 hours of weekly savings identified in your Audit within 30 days, we will waive the implementation fee.
5. Payment & Governing Law
Payment is required in full upfront for all Pilots under £3,000. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
