The Money Map
Keep it even if you walk
30 minutes, live, in front of your own tools. We find the three leaks, put a number on each, and tell you which invoices are debts and which are arguments.
- Three leaks, each with a £ figure and 30-day projection
- Debt vs argument, which invoices are recoverable cash
- Yours to keep, no pitch attached
The Monday Note
We look at the list every Monday when you won't.
- ✓ Weekly reconciliation of the 14-day column
- ✓ The chasers that week, in your voice
- ✓ A Monday message with days-to-cash and enquiries answered
- ✓ Cancel anytime
Paid on results
You only pay when the number moves.
- ✓ Chase: a % of cash recovered that was 14+ days late
- ✓ Leads: a per-lead fee for enquiries we answer and book
- ✓ B2B only
- ✓ If the number doesn't move, you don't pay
Do nothing
The book stays late. The inbox keeps dying after 6pm. You pay in silence — every month, on repeat.
Plug it
The next 14-day line gets a chaser you don't write. The next after-hours enquiry gets an answer. The Monday note proves the number moved.
Our guarantee
The Money Map finds the leak in pounds — if it can't find a leak worth more than the £495, we'll say so and you keep the map anyway. After that, you pay on the number: no movement, no fee.
What owners say
"£8,400 was sat in the 40-day column. The Monday note named it, we chased it, and it landed within the month."
"I was missing two enquiries a week while on the tools. Now every after-hours call gets answered and booked."
"The map told me which invoices were debts and which were arguments. I stopped chasing the wrong people."
Pricing questions
What if you chase and nothing comes back?
Then you don't pay the chase fee. The rule is written on day one: 14+ days on day one, documented contact, paid only after the cash lands. B2B only.
What if you answer leads and nobody books?
We get paid per appointment set, not per job won. Your close rate stays your business. We carry the risk of the leak, you keep the booking.
Why trades, and not everyone?
One trade, one region. We'd rather be the only person who'll sit on your ugly list than a generalist with a brochure and six sectors.
